Nexon IPO Expects ¥100 Billion Listing

NOV. 7, 2011 • Nexon Co. Ltd. hopes listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange will raise as much as ¥100 billion yen ($1.3 billion) once the Nexon IPO is complete in December. According to the Bloomberg news service, Nexon hired Nomura Holdings Inc., Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to manage the offering in Japan, the U.S. and Europe. Barnes and Noble’s Nook Tablet

NOV. 7, 2011 • Not to be outdone my Amazon.com’s Kindle Fire tablet, Barnes & Noble introduced it own $249 Nook Tablet. Weighing in at less than a pound, the Nook Tablet provides around 11 hours of reading time. The new model uses the same seven-inch screen from the existing Nook Color, and beefs up the hardware specification. Rovio also says 300 million minutes a day are played in the game globally.
